Ring Leads provides B2B contact data based on your targeting criteria. Data is delivered via Excel files and sourced using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.

2. Usage Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the data. You agree to:

• Use the data only for lawful B2B outreach purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL) in your country and the country of the contact
• Never use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal contact

3. No Resale or Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the data provided by Ring Leads without written permission.

4. Data Accuracy

We aim for a high match and accuracy rate, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or deliverability of any phone number or email address
• Minor errors or bounce rates are expected in all datasets

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data, all sales are final and non-refundable. Free samples are available to test quality before subscribing.

6. Subscription & Delivery

If you are on a monthly subscription:

• You may request deliveries (in batches) up to your plan’s monthly limit
• Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise agreed
• Subscription renews monthly unless canceled in advance

If you want to cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] 5 days in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any damages or losses resulting from your use of the data
• Any compliance violations or legal issues related to how you use the contact info

You agree to indemnify and hold Ring Leads harmless from any claim arising out of the misuse of the data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
